acceder aux fichiers uploadé dans un sous folder de web de symfony

Bonjour

J'ai un probleme avec un Api Rest en symfony.
Alors avec mon api, j'ai des images que j'ai uploader avec un formulaire depuis un client en Angular2. Les fichiers uploader sont placés dans un sous folder de web suivant cette aborecence:

web -> uploads -> [userId] / medias / photos / une_photo.jpeg

Comme mon .htacces pointe l'url de mon api dans le dossier web, Pour acceder au fichier, je veux faire comme suit:

url_de_mon_api/uploads/[userId] / medias / photos / une_photo.jpeg

Mais cette adresse me retourne une erreur 404 disant que cette route n'existe pas. Je crois que le probleme est du parce que l'url charge le fichier app.php de symfony qui se charge de charger les fichiers appelés. Je ne suis pas trop calés au niveau htaccess. Je vous donne les fichiers en entier afin que vous puissiez m'aider.

J'ai deux .htaccess. L'une a la racine de mon projet:
